The staff were incredible, swiftly upgrading our room and offering fantastic drinks in the lobby. The delightful heart-shaped chocolates on our anniversary night were a charming touch!

Despite the excellent service, I struggled with the noise levels from trains nearby that interrupted my sleep throughout the stay.

The room was perfect and so comfy, honestly felt like sleeping on clouds. The staff were extremely friendly and took care of all my needs, even making recommendations for local spots to check out.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets. Our family room was spacious and had a nice layout for the kids. The free mini-bar was a lovely surprise!

Conveniently located with easy access to the main train station and numerous attractions within a short walk. The buffet breakfast offered an exceptional variety, including made-to-order omelettes, fresh pastries, and even smoothies.

The room was cramped at only 12sqm with a bathroom layout that included a toe-stubbing step, making it awkward. Noise from the street and trains was disruptive, especially when opening windows for fresh air, as the room felt uncomfortably warm despite the radiator being off. Additionally, basic housekeeping details were overlooked, like not replacing the shower cap, and the high breakfast prices felt unwarranted for the experience provided.

This was a prime choice for a transient stop in Lucerne with excellent value for money. The team gave amazing hiking advice that made our trip even better. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast in the morning.

I recently enjoyed my stay in a Single Room where the automated skylight was a cool touch, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing with a good book, and they also had a cozy leisure area. The only small downside was the breakfast options, which could’ve been a bit better, but overall, I had a great time! 🌞

i had a wonderful 3-night stay at cascada boutique. the location is perfect, just a short walk to chapel bridge. the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, giving tips on attractions and travel. my room was modern, quiet, and had a coffee maker. i loved the breakfast variety!
